Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

To clean your Mika’s, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry. We do not recommend putting the Mika in the washing machine or dryer.

Mika insoles

I bought the Mika boots in 2021. They were great until the third season. The insole on the right boot slipped back and so my toes felt like they were hanging over some thing. I tried to re-insert it, but it kept slipping out of place. I need to take it to a cobbler and have him glue it in and see what happens. Has anyone else had this experience? Otherwise they’re good, but I wouldn’t order them again if this is going to happen again.

OMG! I highly recommend these boots.

The Mika boot is my first pair of barefoot shoes and I absolutely love them! I ordered the 1/2 size up in the autumn of 2023 and they fit perfect. I live in northern Wisconsin where the winters are generally very snowy and cold. But this past winter was unusually mild, very little if any snow. The boots were warm enough for this winter. I went hiking with them several times and they were comfortable. When we did have any bit of slippery snow or ice though, the out sole did not have enough traction. So, I would need to switch to a more conventional boot if out during normal, Wisconsin winter conditions. Another thing is that I have had pain in my feet before I purchased these. I wanted to try the barefoot style to see if my feet would respond better and I feel that they (my feet) prefer this now. I have been wearing them to work often, working in a kitchen with a lot of standing and moving about. They work just as well, or better for all day comfort than my other athletic shoes with more padding. This surprises me. The Mika boots are probably the most comfortable pair of boots I have ever owned. They are nice looking and I get compliments when wearing them. I am a very active person and would like to wear them all the time. So, today I ordered a pair of Prio-Neo's so I can wear my barefoot shoes in summertime too!

I wanted to love these

After having fantastic experiences with Xero shoes (Prio, HFS, Alpine and flats) I purchased these boots assuming I would have a similar experience. I didn't. I bought these a half size large than my usual size as recommended and they fit well but they are very narrow (I do not have wide feet). I can wear them a couple times a week to run errands but if I wear them daily or for anything more than light shopping my feet are painful! On the plus side, they are cute, waterproof and warm. Just not a good design.

I typically just wear muck boots in the winter but this year I decided to go all out and get new and good winter gear to try and enjoy it a bit more. These boots hit the spot for being out and about even for nice evenings out. My feet and legs stayed warm and dry. Quality can't be beat and the sizing recommendations as with everything else I've bought from Xero was pretty much spot on.

Great boots!

Super comfortable! Sizing guide was right for me (half size up). Even though they aren’t winter boots I found they kept my feet warmer than my conventional winter boots (because my toes can move in the Mikas!). Only 4 stars just because the zipper tab ended up snapping after a few months of use but Xero support was great about helping me out with that 🙂
