Birdsong Radio from the RSPB allows you to listen to pure bird song wherever, whenever. Enjoy the sound of nature and its benefits, from helping you relax and sending you to sleep, to waking you up in the morning and boosting productivity.
On the app, you can:
- Listen live to Birdsong Radio
- Listen to and download our Let Nature Sing track and Cuckoo alarm call
- Visit the RSPB website
- Use the sleep timer function

Wonderful, relaxing sounds
What a great idea for an app and so lovely to listen to.
The addition of the soundscapes from different reserves is a wonderful idea. I love Loch Garten and Pulborough and can close my eyes and feel I am there.
Could be so much better
The bird songs are lovely but this app could be so much better if there was information on what birds are singing. I’m lucky that I do know most of them but if you’re looking to get more people interested in birds and wildlife then I think making the app more educational would be a good idea. Encourage interest by engagement please! It worked for me!

This is superb. Some calls I know, some I don’t but it doesn’t matter when you can feel the stresses of the week slip away…
