Come help out on a film set as an unpaid extra!
If you live in the Los Angeles area here is a chance to come out and help some indie film makers. The production is seeking L.A. residents who have some time and would like to volunteer to portray wedding guests in a scene filming this weekend.
My team has been shooting a queer indie romcom in Durham, North Carolina this summer. The crew are about to make the move to Los Angels and we’re looking for extras for airplane and wedding scenes.
A little more information on the project: Everything and the Universe was written and is being directed by award-winning queer filmmaker Sarah Scarlett Downing. This is her passion project, starring E.J. Bonilla an Nicolette Pearse.
The film is entirely self funded and extremely low budget.
Sunday 14 & Monday 15 August – airport and airplane extras Tuesday 15 August – wedding guests
Unfortunately, due to the very low budget nature of the shoot we are unable to provide payment but extras will get a credit, a meal and it should be a laid-back, easy going shoot.
