Casting ‘Best Thing,’ a music video about finding a soulmate. The video will focus on the relationship between the singer and her male counterpart. Male character must be comfortable with romantic set-ups. Experience modeling and acting is a big plus.
This project is a music video that tells a story about a woman who creates beats and shares her experiences with her love interest. We are doing this project because the singer needs a music video to go along with her song. Filming will take place July 25 – 26, 2020.
We will be filming in Topanga, CA. The character is the love interest of the singer. The character is a supportive and loving partner that stays with her on her music writing journey. Since it is a music video, it will be a non-speaking part. The artist is Janine Foster. She is an up-and-coming and very popular artist with many songs on YouTube. The video will stream on YouTube. This is a project that will be done by UCLA students, but is not being done for a class.
This is a very good opportunity to gain exposure, as well as connections. Though it is not paid, this artist always gains a lot of views. This is a good opportunity to get your name out there while gaining experience, as well as meet a lot of up-and-coming directors, directors of photography, producers, etc.
