PSA Auditions
Location: St. Louis
Type: TV Commercial
We are looking for a wide variety of actors for a high profile campaign designed to encourage cancer screening for urban and rural populations. Roles include speaking and non-speaking. This is a paid opportunity, with speaking roles paying $500, and non-speaking roles paying $100. Talent will need to be available for a 2-hour rehearsal, as well as a full-day shoot. These PSA’s will have high visibility in the St. Louis region.
These PSA’s will highlight a close relationship (mother/daughter, father/son, husband/wife, best friends) as one person is convincing the other person to be screened for cancer, or they are discussing that they have been recently screened.
You must send a resume, headshot, acting reel, or video demo to stlcastingcall@gmail.com before the audition. Casting dates are Tuesday, 5/26, and Wednesday, 5/27 from 10am-4pm. Casting will be held virtually, via a Zoom meeting. Applicants will be sent a Zoom meeting invite for their casting time after sending over their info. We are open to the talent sending recorded auditions, too. (Note: We’ve already held auditions for the urban roles)

Main Characters – Lung Cancer Screening
Husband – Male, 55 to 59 years old, Caucasian
Wife – Female, 55 to 59 years old, Caucasian
– Secondary Characters – Lung Cancer Screening (no spoken lines)
20 and 30- Somethings – 3 male, 3 female, Caucasian
Main Characters – Colon Cancer Screening
Sister – Female, 53-years old, Caucasian
Brother – Male, 50-years old, Caucasian
