Thank you for being with me throughout 2023. Thank you for your notes and your encouragement and your insights and your LOVE.
When I said up above that you are loved, I know it is true. Because I love you! The Universe loves you. And hopefully, hopefully YOU love you.

In the last few weeks, we’ve been really focused on loving the people in our lives better, deepening those relationships, being the one to elevate those relationships, pausing to truly be present with people.
And now I’m asking you to pause. And really be with yourself. Let’s start 2024 with an intention to LOVE ourself better!
Put a hand on your heart, close your eyes, ask yourself, how can I love myself better this year? What do I need?
