I am committed, decisive and an action taker.

I know I have problems/challenges in my professional/private life that will get worse in the the next days, weeks, months, and years to come and I am not prepared to tolerate them any longer. I am determined to face the challenges and solve the problems. I am ready, willing, and able to engage with a coach, trainer and mentor. I am intent on prioritising the time, taking the decisions and actions I need to, to create the better future I want for myself, my practice, and those I love. A better future starts today.

I am indecisive

I know I have problems/challenges in my professional/private life that will get worse, in the next days, weeks, months, and years to come.

I find it difficult to make up my mind. When I make a decision. I often change it. Superficially, I seek advice from lots of coaches, mentors, or trainers, and seldom engage with the process or follow the advice that I know must take.

I accept that all the while I continue to dither, procrastinate, and find excuses my situation will worsen. If things are going to change and improve, I know I must make a decision and take action, work with someone who can help. A better future can start today.

I am an avoider

I know I have problems/challenges in my professional/private life that will get worse in the next days, weeks, months, and years to come.

I am likely to continue to deny the severity of my situation, make excuses, and blame others as to why my career, practice, or life, is not what I want.

When I am honest with myself, I am unlikely to make the decisions or take the action I absolutely must if things are going to change, improve and become what I want them to be.

I realise that doing things the way I have always done them before, I will continue to bounce from crisis to crisis, never achieving the career, practice, life, and happiness I crave.
