This weekend’s Total Annarchy newsletter had a great reminder about the power of showing instead of telling when it comes to great copywriting. Paint a picture in someone’s mind to make it stickier. Ann Handley also dropped a Tell Me Without Telling Me challenge, which I remembered tonight when I was cleaning out my email Inbox. So here’s my submission, inspired by an email I got from Knix at the beginning of the year promoting tank tops and body suits with built-in support. Original email subject line (Tell Me): Go Braless in 2021 My rewrite (Tell Me Without Telling Me): Total freedom, zero sag

Looooove this! In part because I JUST learned that Knix exists and I'm curious to try their products, but also because you did so much with so few words and it made me smile!

Such a great rewrite, Janet! I agree with everyone - #TotalAnnarchy has changed my thinking, writing, and made my life way better overall. 😎

Ann Handley is the best. There I said it.
