Elevate Your Leadership is a live on-line zoom class for leaders who are ready to accelerate their leadership to play bigger.
The class will help new leaders learn the key skills and build their capabilities to be confident, manage the day to day work and develop a team.
The 3 day class is set up with a unique format to ensure there is time to process what is learned, practice skills, network with others in the group and receive one on one coaching without falling behind at work!

What You Will Receive:

- A customized interactive experience of learning to build skills that can be applied to current challenges.
- Skills practice with case studies, role plays, coaching, and networking with leaders at a similar career level.
- 2 hours of 1:1 Coaching (Separate times outside of class.)
- Communication Style Assessment.
- Pre-and post measurements of goals and outcomes.
- Pre-class assessment to identify the participant’s goals, current challenges and to ensure that the class will meet them where they are to achieve the highest level of success.
- A step by step approach to help participants create a customized plan plus additional templates, tools and resources.
- The support of a certified coach to accelerate learning, provide coaching and feedback during class and in 1:1 sessions.
- Low instructor/participant ratio 1:10 or less.
