Cyanotype

Originating in the 19th century, cyanotype is a photographic printing method known for producing prints in a distinctive blue hue. Invented by Sir John F. W. Herschel, it was initially used for reproducing mathematical tables. Its simplicity and the striking blue color it produces made it popular for creating blueprints as well.
