This group is awesome! I've taken five trips with them thus far and have a sixth trip planned later this year. Everything is always so well organized and thought out. The various travel directors are all great characters and fun to travel with. I love that they keep the groups small, at about 16 people max. You go wrong with this group. They will take you to some of the most amazing places on this earth. If you don't wanna travel solo, this is the group for you because you will meet some great people and always feel safe.

Miraculous Morocco! What an amazing 12 night journey through the most interesting and beautiful locations in morocco. Great choices of hotels and restaurants. Super delicious food every day! The Tour was very well planned with loads of adventure each day and also time for rest and relaxation. Our local guide was super knowledgable and patient with all our questions about the culture. The drivers were excellent and made me feel safe. Our tour leader, Malloy continued to amaze me throughout the trip with his presence and care, and his ability to deal with issues and conflicts, as they come up often with a group of 15 people who may be inexperienced at international travel, and the challenge of being in a strange new environment. Malloy dealt with interpersonal stuff with the utmost integrity and helped smooth out all the little bumps which made for a very smooth ride. The highlights for me were the Blue City, Chefchauoen, and the luxury tent camp in the Sahara desert where we rode camels into the sunset! Thanks, photofly!!

Just back from an amazing PhotoFly trip to Iceland. The adventure exceeded my expectations by a lot! Each planned day was phenomenal; the group I traveled with were wonderful people; and the PhotoFly tour director and local guide were amazing! I can't wait to go on another trip with this organization next year. Can't recommend this group enough.

My Special Needs daughter and I traveled to Ireland with Photofly and I cannot recommend them enough!
Andrew our tour director was wonderful. He was so thorough and detailed. Everything went quite smoothly. He even checked our airlines at the end of the trip and informed us of any potential delays or problems. He was funny and very knowledgeable about the countries he tours!
Everyone was so nice and personable. We couldn't have felt more comfortable like we were with friends!
Thank You Andrew Skarvinko and Photofly!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Lisa H.San Francisco, CA024Oct 27, 2022
Great trip to Greece. Wonderful active itinerary that took us to Athens, the islands of Zakynthos and Corfu, Delphi and monasteries in the mountains. Our guides were wonderful with everything well executed. It was a great mix of sight seeing, boating, hiking, going to museums etc I learned so much about the culture and history on this tour. Highly recommend this tour group.

This is an update to my review about Jennifer Hagemann from PhotoFly travel club.
My rating was based on my experience of the trip with her as the tour director.
I heard back from the company and they assured me that, this lady does not work there anymore.
I like this company's planning and its destinations.
I am giving 5 star rating for the company and its efficiency in getting you a trip to the destination setup.
I will definitely consider this company, for future travels with a different tour director.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 1Jul 23, 2021Previous reviewIf racist laws was were applicable couple of years ago I would have brought it on this business. It doesnt deserve even one star- due to the Tour operator.
I took the peru -Tour few years ago.
The tour operator was Jennifer Hagemann.
I was the only Indian female in the tour and was alone.
I found the tour itself very good wrt accomodations and iternerary etc.
I didnt find too many choices for vegatarian option.. so alternately I bought some bread and fruit from local supermarket..
I shared accomodation with a white female as roommate and she didnt like that I was different.. and started behaving in a racist manner. She would bully me into giving her priority - she would join the tour operator in making fun of me.
The tour operator Jennifer Hagemann was also very racist. She would ask me to take her pic against the backdrop of the mountains.. and when it was my turn for pic, I would sit there alone, and she would pretend to take pic and after some time, she said that I should vacate the location - she would take the pic later, as there were people waiting.. there was no one waiting .
She never took my pic ( all that she had to do was click the button).. she stood there arguing that I should vacate the location - for 5 minutes.
There were few other incidents, comments about the food I ate and how much , I ate etc.. If group pic were taken, I would stay away - until the men asked me to join. I really felt very discriminated. She would allow others to take their pic, and tell me that I can take my pic against the backdrop, on the group's return trip. I never got to take that pic ever.
There was another incident:
The group was travelling to another location in (2) cars for the night out.
Couple of hours before starting, She came to my room and told me that the cars were FULL and that if I chose to come, then they have to find one more car, and there is no more cars..
And that everyone had a seat in the car except me.. so she wanted to know what I was going to do about it.. if I chose to go.
So I said, they could go without me - as there was no way they could accommodate me in the car.. She probably told others that I opted out.
It was very very depressing experience. I have never seen Racism..but she is one of the biggest Racists.
I was the only vegetarian in the group and she did nothing to help me get food.. I was left on my own.
I stopped going to other locations after that.. I just stayed in the hotel.
One of the most racist experience - and I paid for this trip - hoping it would be a pleasant one .
I couldnt wait to get back to USA. I tried to block this memory. I found the guts to speak about it now. Racism has profound impact on people's minds. I tried to be acceptable to her was afraid to say anything against Jennifer.
I think this photofly travels is very well planned .. just hope you dont get Jennifer.
I would like to know why she is still employed there.... that should tell you, what values this business has.. - Dawn B.West Chester, PA09Dec 14, 2021
I recently traveled to Morocco with PhotoFly and Andrew as our guide. The trip was amazing and well thought out. It was wonderful to have the transportation, lodging, provided or non provided meals selected at awesome restaurants, and sites.
The travel experience was incredible and I look forward to my next trip with PhotoFly.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Diana L.Orange, CA07Jun 22, 2022Updated review
I have travelled with PhotoFly 3 times now since March 2020. Each trip has been phenomenal. The tours are well organized and activities are a lot of fun. I had wonderful tour directors (Andrew and Steve) on all 3 trips. I look forward to visiting New Zealand with them next year.

Both trips had excellent local guides who were knowledgeable and passionate about their countries. I'm looking forward to traveling with them in the future.

My wife and I took Photofly's trip to Greece in October 2021. It was the first time that we had taken a group tour. We had a great time.
We loved Greece. Photofly picked the perfect sites to visit. Outside of the obligatory stop in Athens, the locations were "off the beaten path" compared to the popular islands such as Mykonos. The trip included stops in the islands of Zakynthos & Corfu. It is hard to say which one we liked better. in addition, the trip visited the monasteries of Meteora and quaint mountain villages near the Vikos Gorge. These were very memorable.
The timing was perfect: after the summer crowds and the weather was not too hot or cold.
Andrew Skarvinko was the tour director. He has the perfect personality for this role. We also had a local guide that was very helpful.
The group size was ideal: 17. This was much smaller than groups run by other tour companies that we encountered. We got lucky: we enjoyed the people on the trip. Many had taken multiple other Photofly trips in the past.
We plan to take more trips with Photofly in the future (assuming we can get registered before the trips fill up).

Outstanding group travel company. Went to Australia; excellent itinerary with a wide range of interesting activities, including the culture, history and sights of the cities, fun activities like sand boarding, and beautiful beaches and snorkeling out at the Great Barrier Reef. Andrew is an incredibly talented and friendly tour guide.
