Canopy Growth Launches Its First-Ever CBD Vape, Whisl

This article is more than 2 years old.

Canopy Growth launched the company’s first-ever CBD vape today, whisl.

The hemp vaporizer uses interchangeable pods to offer uniquely-formulated options for different types of effects. Specifically, a “Tune In Pod” so you can focus on a specific task, an “Intermission Pod” to help you relax throughout the day, and a “Fade Out Pod” for getting ready for bed.

“At Canopy, we are actively innovating new ways to deliver enhanced vape experiences to consumers. This starts with a deep commitment to consumer insights, allowing us to identify and address human needs with cannabis-powered solutions,” Andy Lytwynec, Vice President, Global Vape Business at Canopy Growth said via email.

“With the launch of whisl, we’re excited to provide consumers with a modern and effective way to harness the power of CBD and control how they feel from morning to night. At Canopy we call this concept “mood management,” and innovative products like whisl are bringing this concept to life through a custom pod system. With three distinct CBD formulations, whisl delivers the ability to achieve a specific feeling, such as focus or relaxing throughout the day; and unwinding for bed.”

Each vape cartridge includes 200mg of CBD isolate and is rigorously tested by Canopy Growth for quality, safety, and efficacy.

The device itself comes into two colors: grey and blue and features automatic shut-off temperature control and precise glass-atomizer heating.

whisl will be available on store shelves at 3,000+ Circle K convenience stores nationwide beginning October 1 – marking Canopy Growth’s largest national retail launch yet. The starter kit starts at $39.99, and each cartridge is an additional $19.99. whisl is also available for purchase online starting today at Canopy’s one-stop U.S. ecommerce destination, www.shopcanopy.com.
