Not only is our new Composite Carbide Nozzle super hard for a long wear resistance, but it is also more durable than other materials so it will not crack when dropped or bumped.
Our Composite Carbide Nozzles provide even longer life than that of most boron carbide nozzles. This nozzle material is ideal for most applications including using aggressive abrasives like aluminum oxide and silicon carbide.

I have purchased this nozzle because my white ceramic nozzles were wearing out too quick. What an improvement. I am able to reduce my pressure, amount of abrasive used. Get my sandcarving done much faster now. So far I have done enough glasses where I would have to replace my ceramic nozzles at least five times. At this point I don't see any wear on this nozzle.
