You can sink by getting tangled in your old and unhelpful patterns, become weighed down with your emotions, and continue the loop of thoughts that you aren’t perfect or doing enough, and over-stress about what could go wrong.
In order to move on from these unproductive ways, it is crucial for you to be courageous and radically honest with yourself.
Facing your discomfort is the best way to grow and embody a different sense of power than you are used to.
Life is going to come at you in waves, some small and manageable, some that can knock you down.
It is important to learn how to stay balanced and surf all the waves in a powerful and harmonious way.
In order to do that, you have to strengthen your body, your mind, and your spirit.
You need to be able to learn how to maneuver through the obstacles and create new patterns and habits that are more beneficial for you.
Then you find yourself operating from essence, from your higher-self, leading you to more presence, to “flow-state”, to “the zone” more often.
Your journey is much easier with someone by your side who does this for themselves so they can help others do the same.

Becoming a professional soccer player, has always been my dream since I can remember. It is something I always worked toward everyday and I made many decisions in my life growing up knowing I would do all the right things to achieve that dream. When I signed my first contract, I couldn’t have been more happy but I also had no clue of what was to come with it. Most figure you go on to just enjoy everyday of your career and be happy for the short while you have. However, the life of a professional athlete can cause many stress-inducing thoughts about confidence, finances, relationships, job security, family, one’s future, etc., etc…

For me, working with Gabe has helped me center my thoughts and simplify the process of dealing with stress in whatever form it may come.
