Micro Talks
MicroTalks are a place for everyone who signs up to be given a small moment to be heard in a MicroTalk (Mini ted talk) (Estimated 3 minutes). The goal is for everyone on the lineup for the talks to get an equal amount of time (total hour divided between the number of signups).  The goal is a quick message that plants the seed of conversations off the stage. We will have a timer and when the minutes are up the audience claps and cheers to transition and honor the next message so all are heard.
