Four steps guiding you to create your future
The first month of 2022 is past. Mercury going direct on 3rd February opens the window on a very special period as all the planets in our solar system will be direct, or “awake” until 29th April. This is the moment to create your future success.
That is before Pluto goes retrograde at the end of April. Until then you have the opportunity to create the life you desire. Meaning this is the period to enter into contracts, launch businesses, begin official relationships, and make important decisions that you want to last forever.
The Window Of Fortune Has Opened
The initiation to which was the new moon in Aquarius and the Chinese New Year of the Water Tiger on 1st February. Both offered new beginnings. The moon calling for a commitment to innovation, reform and sustainability as it joins responsible Saturn in inventive Aquarius.
This is the moment to build the foundation to create your future success. Reminding us to do so by harnessing the Water energy of change by opening to new possibilities. More on creating success is in my story “Why Is Success So Elusive? Will You Really Deserve What You Want?”.
Aquarius is the energy of innovation, new ideas, and rebellion against the status quo. Without the Aquarian breath of fresh ideas and energy, we would be doomed to repeat the past for all eternity. There would be no evolution.
Why?
Because often we prefer to stay in our existing comfort zone. The one that seems more attractive than stepping into the unknown with the uncertainty change brings.
The period of our reflection and resolution is complete. We are now entering the openness phase in which new ideas and insights can find their way to emerge into the light of day.
In this we are being supported by Pluto aligning from 1st February with the newly positioned North node in Taurus — more can be found in “Want To Re-structure Your Life Or Continue To Stand In Your Own Way?” Encouraging us to seek evolution and progress into the unknown of transformation.
To do so will require a focus on the relationship with yourself. This will then shift your relationship with others. All will begin, happen, or culminate during February.
Water Will Create Your Future
Aquarius is also the water bearer. So, we will feel Water´s ebb and flow during February. Reminding us Water is always moving and it takes on many different shapes and forms.
The element Water rules the emotional body. It seeks to nurture through slowing down life in order to create balance. It signifies emotions, intuition, healing and reflection. Bringing into balance our spiritual, mental, emotional and physical bodies.
The flow of change means your boundaries are going to be challenged. Observe how your solar plexus reacts, listen to its message. It is also likely abilities, gifts and skills you have forgotten about will re-surface. These are not necessarily from this lifetime.
Another theme of the new moon is collaboration, drawing people together. Introducing as it does part of 2022´s effort to better understand what is collaboration. In particular, this does not require or expect unanimity amongst the voices of those involved.
The year of the Water Tiger will challenge you through many emotional revelations, clearing old energies and opening you to new opportunities in love, abundance, and serenity.
As an 8 month, February connects you to your passions, which in turn connects to your mission, your purpose. It also teaches you to shine your light brightly. To exercise your power, hence the importance of listening to your solar plexus.

“Today we mark the departure of the old and the entry to the new. This transition may be linked to the Chinese New Year, though it is far deeper and more fundamental than the passage to a new Earth year. The changes which are underway relate to the evolution of the Cosmos as a whole, all of Creation.
Is this a new era appearing or simply another twist in its evolution? Know the transition is fundamental and not simply the passage of an annual cycle. Rather the very structure of all that is is re-forming. The form is also emerging far faster than was expected even months ago. That is the nature of the acceleration underway.
It is also one where the unknowns are being filled by each of your actions. The more conscious they are, so the greater is the impact and acceleration of evolution.
The themes which are emerging all flow from freedom — to know, be and act from your own truth. Knowing your own truth is for many the hardest aspect to address. For most of you have yet to connect with and feel the passion of your own full potential, your higher self. Until then your own mind continues to influence and guide most of your thoughts and actions. Which means they may not be aligned with what you are seeking. Or, do not yet know what it is you are seeking?
Hence the reason for the greater, collaborative work you are focusing on. All is becoming clear and will shortly be added to by new revelations and realisations which we are all experiencing.”
2 x 2 Steps To Help You Create Your Future
Pay attention to the feelings within you, allow your emotions to guide you. To the little voice which keeps reminding you.
Here are 2 x 2 steps to help you create your future:
- Connect to your Full Potential. Seek guidance on your vision, your future, your mission. Be careful not to allow your ego or pre-set ideas interfere. Be willing to accept something new, something unknown.
- Ask your Full Potential for the first steps to fulfil your mission.
- Take the action step towards doing so, preferably the one that causes most anxiety. This will build your courage, so making easier each of the next steps.
- Value yourself by allowing you to respect all of yourself and the events which have brought you that point. Treat yourself with the love and respect you desire and deserve. This may require you to create boundaries where you had none before.
Why the 2 x 2?
Because February 2022 is only occasion this century all the numbers in a date are the same, except for 0. This story I am writing on the first of three days when another 2 is added. The 20th and 22nd are the other two.
In numerology, the core essence of 2 is unsurprisingly harmony, kinship, and co-operation. As such it represents the duality of a choice between one path or another.
The choice for us all is peace or fear. To be in our own power or that of others. Leaving behind all that no longer serves will bring calm to your being. Helping you to create harmony between all your four bodies. The master number of peace is 22.
Then there will no distractions to allow you to use this period to create your future.
Look Within To Create Your Life
The Sun-Saturn conjunction on 4th February emphasises the need to take responsibility for what you are creating. 8th February is the moment to launch new projects.
14th February Mercury moves into Aquarius, giving teamwork a second wind. Making the period until 9th March ideal for re-vitalising your online and social media profiles.
The bold, dramatic full moon in Leo on 16th February squares the lunar nodes of destiny. Courage, generosity, standing out are the calls of this moon. The events that come to fruition now are connected to what you have been building since August 2021.
Should you feel it necessary, change direction. This is part of the beauty of being in the new.
Use the power of the full moon to better express yourself and create your future you desire. Remembering to focus on what creates fun and joy in your life.
This day is also one of the best days of 2022 for love, passion, romance and sex. Enjoy what unfolds. The same Venus, Mars conjunction repeats on 6th March.
Pluto returns to its birth place in the United States astrology chart on the 20th. This is its first Pluto return. Pluto symbolises purging, power and presence. As the planet of transformation it will seek new paths to follow.
Knowing the answer as to how to re-structure your life to bring success is always within. It never resides with “them” or something outside of yourself.
