2017 Emery Thompson CB350 Batch Freezer in excellent condition. The CB350 is able to produce up to 6 quarts (7.5 gallons) of ice cream product per hour. Control every aspect of your ice cream mix with the CB350's touch-screen Infinite Overrun Control, which allows you to manually decided perniciously how much air goes into your product.
The CB350 uses a Stainless Steel freezing chamber that is thick enough to add and mix huge varieties of products, like cookies, nuts, and fruits directly into your ice cream mix without any issues.
