5 Weeks. 7 days a week. 15 minutes a day.

More Mindfulness. More Movement. More Moderation.

Introducing to you my “Fit in 15” series; a compilation of (35) body weight workouts that are, yep, just 15 minutes long.

My personal journey in fitness has been riddled with over-exercising, extreme dieting and finally, a return to balance—less time and mental energy spent on chasing the “body of my dreams” and instead focusing on moving my body in ways that feel the best for my mind and my muscles.

You do not need to be exercising for hours on end to feel adequate or to feel worthy. Through my Fit in 15 series, you will focus on doing 15 minutes of mindful movement every day for 35 days. It’s all about being consistent; building a habit and making a commitment to yourself to spend 15 minutes moving your body daily for 5 weeks.

We know that our workouts need to be on the shorter side for us to stay in the loop. Workouts need to fit into a busy schedule so that we can also have a life and not be a slave to the gym.

Can you get Fit in 15? Hell yeah! In the over 20 years of working with clients, I always tell my ladies that doing a little bit of exercise every day will hands down TRUMP a 1-2 hour grueling gym session 1-2 times per week. Consistency is key.

Like Bruce Lee said, “Long-term consistency trumps short term intensity.” This embodies what many fail to realize, that being successful at your health is the result of consistent effort. Your health success is a marathon, not a sprint.

Enter #Fitin15.

All workouts are body weight and 15 minutes long so you can get back to all the other stuff you have to do!

(35) 15-Minute Body Weight Workouts

The 5-week program is 7 days a week of movement.

The workouts are designed for “progressive overload,” which means as you get stronger and the weeks progress, the workouts will get more FUN and spicy.

Demo Videos for Each Workout

Each workout comes with its own demonstration video. The videos are simple to digest and can be watched on mobile.

Suggested Calendar to Follow

This is a consistency program asking for a 7-day per week commitment. You’re going to build an exercise habit by moving for 15 minutes daily for 35 days. The workouts are created to give you maximum recovery. If you cannot do all 7 days each week, not all is lost. You’ll be able to adjust based on your unique schedule and make the program work for you.

ALOHA! I’M LEE-ANN!

I’m Lee-Ann Watanabe, creator of #Fitin15 and founder of the 3M Method and I am so glad you are here!

Over the last 22 years in the fitness industry, I’ve tried everything from long-duration cardio to bodybuilding to triathlons and endurance racing, and I always came back to the same issue – chasing a body size that wasn’t meant for my body.

Out of decades of extreme diets and never ending cardio, I threw my hands up in the air out of frustration. I wanted to have a baby; but I didn’t want to gain weight. I held firm to my fear of weight gain until I decided that my want for a child outweighed my fear of the scale.

I had to do the work which required me to confront all of the things I was deathly afraid of. I reverse engineered the process, and thus, my 3M Method was born.

Going back to basics; moving your body mindfully; balancing your routine in moderation is the only way to live happy and healthy.

Living and dying by your diet and scale is not the way to live and I want the same for you – to create a sustainable fitness habit that feels good, for YOU, in your body and in your mind too!

Frequently Asked Questions

What equipment do I need?
You don’t need any equipment! All (35) of my 15 minute Fit in 15 workouts are entirely body weight. You will use a chair, table or couch here and there, but you will be able to do all of the workouts in the comfort of your own home!

What format do the workouts come in?

All of the workouts are delivered via easy print-and-go PDF with accompanying video demonstrations for every single individual workout. The membership site is also mobile-friendly, so you’ll be able to pull the PDFs and videos at the gym in real time, too.

I’m a beginner and/or haven’t been consistent with exercise, can I do this?

Yes, in fact this was created just for you! All fitness levels can do these workouts. The workout frequency suggested is 7x/week, which may be more volume than you are used to (or less, depending), so the most important things will be to listen to your body, rest when you need to, practice your form as best you can, so you don’t overdo it right out of the gate. The goal is consistency and to stick with it. So do your best, there will always be time later to take things up a notch.

Will I get sore with these workouts?

The probable answer is yes. These workouts contain a lot of different movement patterns and a lot of volume, thus literally forcing the body to respond. You’ll be cramming a lot of exercise (reps and sets) into a short amount of time. Of course, this approach is what drives results, but it will also be a bit of a shock to the system especially if you are not used to it. However—and here’s the important thing—the key is understanding it’s transient and then managing it as best you can so that you can continue to train.

What if I can’t exercise 7 days a week?

Yes, this will be a common concern, and warranted. Consistency is key, and by making the workouts on the short side (15 minutes)  provides a low barrier to entry. But bottom line, a lot of folks won’t be able to commit to 7 days a week, and that is fine. You need to make it work for you and your unique schedule and priorities. BUT, I don’t want you going into all-or-nothing mode, so just do your best and progress as possible.

How long will I have access to these workouts?

You have access to the #Fitin15 membership portal forever.

What if I am currently doing another program?

If you are already doing a cardio / aerobic based program, “Fitin15” is a perfect compliment for you, giving you the strength and core exercise you may be missing from a cardio based session. However, if you are doing a ton of exercise already, and add this on top, we need to be aware of overtraining/not giving the body sufficient recovery time for best results. But of course, if you are currently doing another program, it is perfectly fine to start this after you’re done.

Can I modify for injuries or chronic aches/pains?

Yes, always modify for your personal needs! And if you need an alternative for anything any time, you can always email me for help. No issues.

Do the workouts include videos?

Yes, the workouts include short demo videos, where I am showing you each movement. These videos are not full-length like a workout DVD though. BUT, no workout has more than 5 exercises so they are simple and easy to understand.

What’s your refund policy?

There is a 30-day money back guarantee. You can request a refund if you are not satisfied with the program within 30 days and receive a full refund. However, please understand that you will also be taken out of the membership portal should you decide it’s not for you. No refunds will be granted after 30 days.
