“How to Become Rich Using Marxism, For Dummies” could have been the alternative title for Karl Marx’s famous screed, but calling it “The Communist Manifesto” gave away less of the actual grifting plot.
It’s a story that has played out over the generations and around the world. A few people decrying the unfairness of capitalism and the gap between the rich and the poor turns out to be a racket making those same leaders filthy rich while abandoning the true believers on the side of the road, destroying lives and nations.
This tragedy is unfolding again, this time here in the United States courtesy of the Marxist “Black Lives Matter” group. And now we’ve also learned Big Tech doesn’t want anyone to talk about it.
Self-identifying as a “trained Marxist,” it has now been revealed that Patrisse Khan-Cullors, one of the founders of the Marxist Black Lives Matter group, has somehow managed to become a wealthy land baron since organizing against racism, capitalism and economic inequality.
That doesn’t seem to have stopped Ms. Khan-Cullors, however. She has amassed a number of properties in the United States worth at least $3.2 million. Fox Business reports, “As protests broke out across the country in the name of Black Lives Matter, the group’s co-founder went on a real estate-buying binge, snagging four high-end homes for $3.2 million in the US alone, according to property records,” reported the website. “Patrisse Khan-Cullors, 37, also eyed property in the Bahamas at an ultra-exclusive resort where Justin Timberlake and Tiger Woods both have homes, The [New York] Post has learned. Luxury apartments and townhouses at the beachfront Albany resort outside Nassau are priced between $5 million and $20 million, according to a local agent.”
Property records indicate the first three homes were bought under Ms. Kahn-Cullors name, but the fourth estate just north of Malibu, California, was purchased using a limited liability corporation she controls, according to FBN.
In the meantime, The Associated Press reported BLM took in $90 million in donations last year alone, and now activists are understandably curious about where all that money is going. Hawk Newsome, the leader of BLM in New York City noted, “If you go around calling yourself a socialist, you have to ask how much of her own personal money is going to charitable causes. It’s really sad because it makes people doubt the validity of the movement and overlook the fact that it’s the people that carry this movement,” the New York Post reported.
It’s more than sad, it’s the deliberate destruction of communities in the name of money and power. Marxist “movements” have done this to every nation they’ve parasitically invaded. Ask the people of the former Soviet Union, Cuba and Venezuela to name a few perfect examples of the impact of leftist grifters using a nation and its people to line their pockets at the expense of everyone else.
How does this work? These frauds co-opt a serious social issue, and then exact virtue-signal payments from corporate or other establishment entities to provide an inoculation against organized destruction.
Unfortunately, the shock of having been betrayed is a familiar refrain on the left. The few organizers then get filthy rich (sometimes even elected into office or violently overthrow existing governments) while sincere activists who are used to perpetuate the ‘movement’ lose everything, get arrested or injured during riots, or slink away dejected when they see nothing changing or even getting worse.
But don’t you dare mention any of this on Twitter! Jason Whitlock, a Black sports columnist and social critic, dared to remark about the Khan-Cullors’ hypocrisy on his Twitter feed. For this crime of social commentary, he was summarily suspended by the social media platform.
He tweeted, “Black Lives Matter founder buys $1.4 million home in Topanga, which has a black population of 1.4 percent. She’s with her people!” Twitter says he violated their rules about publishing people’s private information, a ridiculous excuse considering he provided no address referring instead to a massive general area in Los Angeles. Next they’ll say it was an “accident,” the kind that only happen to conservatives or those who startle the status quo.
Mr. Whitlock told the Daily Mail, “BLM is one of Big Tech’s sacred cows. I’ve been harping on the fraudulence and the financial grift of BLM for years. I think Twitter has been looking for an excuse to de-platform me.”
For the sincere activists in BLM demanding answers about the missing tens of millions of dollars, it’s highly unlikely that a Biden administration run by Kamala Harris, would ever challenge or investigate allegations of impropriety by leftist agitators. After all, the Democratic party is under the control of those who support and protect BLM and Antifa establishments.
This is only going to end when liberals have had enough, call out and reject the institutionalized domestic violence they are subjected to at the hands of their leftist overlords. On standing up for oneself and for the good, people can look to Hillel the Elder (110 BCE to 10 CE) who asked, “If I am only for myself, who am I? If not now, when?”
