The On-Page SEO Specialist will be responsible for optimizing the content and structure of our water damage restoration company's website. Their primary goal is to ensure that our site is accessible, engaging, and optimized for search engine rankings.

Meta Tag Optimization: Create and optimize meta tags to ensure they are relevant and aligned with SEO best practices.
Schema Markup Implementation: Apply schema markup where applicable to enhance the website’s visibility in SERPs.
Optimize for Mobile: Ensure the website is mobile-responsive and all elements function correctly on different devices.
Page Speed Optimization: Collaborate with the web development team to ensure fast loading times for all website pages.
Monitor & Report: Use tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools to monitor on-page SEO performance, track keyword rankings, and generate monthly reports.
Keep Updated: Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, techniques, and algorithms to ensure the website remains compliant and competitive.
Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, web developers, and digital marketers to ensure cohesive and integrated SEO strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in on-page SEO.
Familiarity with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
Strong understanding of the water damage restoration industry is a plus.
