"Clare McCord has written a delicious book that challenges us to step in with consciousness to a Renaissance that is actually going on in all of us. Clare makes it personal and even fun. And the best part is, she tells you how to do it. I love this book. I recommend it highly."
--Donna Eden, bestselling author of Energy Medicine and The Energies of Love
Human Renaissance is going to be the "go-to book" for many people who are struggling to understand the world of consciousness, information and energy medicine. As an energy medicine practitioner for the past 14 years, it is refreshing to find a reference that I can recommend to clients. I highly recommend this book! Best wishes to Clare McCord. She has hit a home run with this book. A beautifully written book that allows everyone to understand previously unknown or misunderstood concepts of the energetic power we all possess.

Human Renaissance allows us to explore our connections with each other and the universe. With so many agents working to weaken and diminish us, she reconnects us to ourselves and each other. A practical and humane guide, Human Renaissance speaks to those who question the limits imposed on us by our own belief systems and shows us how to move forward to claim our rightful place in the world.
Dr. McCord's lively examples and step-by-step instructions on how to achieve wholeness allows us to integrate beliefs that expand our power and creativity.

Insightful. Funny. Easy to read. This book is great! During the last few years, I've been unable to solve problems with tried and true solutions that used to work in the past. These difficulties include health issues, complexities with aging parents, family situations, and my own spiritual questions that have arisen. Clare causes me to look at life differently and helps me remember possibilities that I innately knew but had forgotten. She opens my mind and senses to many keys to life that the universe offers.

In her new book, Human Renaissance, Clare McCord shows readers the many ways we can experience a healthier, more expanded life by using innate and often invisible resources we all possess, but have been trained to neglect or forget. The book blends humor, real life experience, a wealth of reference material and practical exercises to help anyone realize a real life renaissance. This book can change the way you look at almost everything in life, and help open doors to a new world of positive power.
This is a very smart book written by a very smart woman.
Clare McCord has made a career out of helping people recognize and realize their inner strength and potential. It is a daunting task, but Dr McCord attacks it vigorously, examining traditional and alternative health practices in depth, and exploring alternative therapies while serving up anecdotal asides and much wise advice. This is sound and considered advice from someone who has been doing this work for a long time.
Her message is simple: we, all of us, have the power to change and improve our lives, but it is ultimately up to us to do so. She takes us on a journey of discovery illustrating how it can be done in measured and well-written prose. Her theme is that we are now in a new renaissance, not unlike the Renaissance of centuries ago.
This book is not aimed solely at New Age practitioners; indeed, what is here can apply to a great many of us who might otherwise be put off by that very phrase "new age". It is down-to-earth and readable, which cannot be said of many books in this particular genre. It takes the curious and thoughtful reader from where he/she is to where he/she can be. It is an illuminating, helpful, and positive read, and I thoroughly recommend it.
For those who are fascinated with this subject and want to go further, each chapter is fully annotated/footnoted, and there is an excellent bibliography. Clare McCord writes beautifully and clearly and endeavors to make each word count. The rest is up to the reader.
