The Art of Dance Unedited 2018

The Art of Dance Unedited (T.A.D.U.) is an annual dance exhibition expected to grow in the coming years, this being our 2nd annual event, featuring dancers on display in different styles of dance. We are looking for dancers who’d love to put their PASSION and ART of DANCE on DISPLAY in the areas of:
-Ballet
-Contemporary
-Modern
-Jazz
-Hip Hop
-Cultural
-Praise
Each dancer is asked to be available to dance for one 6-minute piece, which includes a 2-minute group piece and your 1-minute solo. Dancers also have the opportunity to dance in two pieces if desiring to display an additional style of dance. For the performance, you will be grouped with other dancers in the same genre of dance. All movements are choreographed and/or freestyled by you, and the music will be provided for you. Your body, movements, and passion for your dance style will be on display throughout the performance, AND your solo is your HIGHLIGHT – all about you expressing who you are!
*Event is currently scheduled for November 17th, 2018
*Call time is 3:15pm
*There will be 1 rehearsal 1 week before the show and a run through the day of the show
*There is no direct pay; dancers will receive video and/or photo coverage of the event
*Dancers must be 18 and over
