Extra Casting Call for MTV show
MTV’s “Finding Carter” will be filming a dance party scene in the Atlanta area and is seeking males and females, late teens and young adults to dance on camera. Talent will be playing high school students at a dance. The scene will be filming this coming Thursday, the 26th. The show is also looking for 18 to 21 year old with cars for a scene that will be filming on Monday the 30th, also in the Atlanta area.
The MTV original scripted series is filming 12 episodes in Atlanta for season 2 of the show. “Finding Carter” revolves around a teen girl, played by “Skins” actress Kathryn Prescott named Carter. Carter’s life gets turned upside down when the police arrest her mother Lori… on kidnapping charges. Carter comes to find out that Lori is not her mother, but actually her kidnapper. Lori abducted Carter as a toddler and went on to raise her as her own. Carter must now come to terms with the fact that her entire life was a lie as well as get to know her real family.
