The Purge TV show is now filming in the New Orleans area and there is a casting call out for musicians.
Atlanta’s Caballero Casting is looking for some locals who have their own instruments that they are able to use in upcoming scenes.
At the beginning of the year, reports stated that Gabriel Chavarria and Jessica Garza landed the lead roles in The Purge TV show. About a year back, SyFy Network and USA Network announced their plans to create a TV show based on The Purge movie series with plans to have the show premiere sometime in 2018. The show’s Wiki page offers the following as a storyline… The series would possibly deal with how the New Founding Fathers were voted to office after overthrowing the U.S. Government during an economic collapse and social unrest and how they ratified the 28th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution as well as devising the Purge.
Seems that Gabriel Chavarria plays a US Marine named Miguel who returns home in time for the Purge and is then forced to find his sister, played by Jessica Garza, in order to save her from a cult.

1. STRING QUARTET-This will film in NOLA May 31st & June 1st.
