Swing Magic Revue

Seeking 4 – 6 female dancers (and choreographer) to be a part of the ensemble for The Swing Magic Revue, a Dieselpunk (1930s and 40s) themed narrative musical illusion show for theater shows throughout the South East US.
We are seeking women of all ages, ethnicities, and backgrounds to join the cast as part of the dance ensemble. Styles include a fusion of Jazz, swing, tango, hip-hop set to a retro centered theme. Other variety arts skills or experience a huge plus! The ensemble performs musical numbers, illusions, and play characters that occupy Club Roxy circa an alternative history 1940s. Performance material and characters are drawn from the book Tales From The Flip-Side and the off-Broadway musical Swingin’ At The Roxy!
Weekend dates, with some travel. Rehearsals one – two nights per week. Must have reliable transportation, and be drama free.
Auditions are scheduled by appointment, but begin with a phone interview.
