Manhattan Based EDM/Pop Club DJ & MC

We are in search of EDM or POP style club DJ’s that lives in the Manhattan, NYC area, for an international booking opportunity to perform in the most popular dance clubs in China. You will DJ and MC for a Pop group who will perform in China. You will be the DJ for the group playing the groups music sets while they perform AND you will MC for the group to excite the club patrons/crowd. You will travel with the pop group as a member of the group while they tour. You must live in the Manhattan area so that you can practice with the group.

YOU MUST BE:
— 18 years old or older – no exceptions
–Must live in Manhattan, NYC and be available for any practice or meetings as needed for the group
–Must be available for 60-90 day tour
— Have your own equipment
— Have an interesting look

YOU MUST PROVIDE (all 3):
–Promo Pictures in HD quality
–Promo Video Footage that is 2-4 minutes long
— 30-60 minute sample pop or edm music demo link. One demo (not several links to different music samples).

This is a paid gig. The pay depends on what the client decides to offer you and negotiations. Pay varies from artist to artists and will be negotiated for each artist.

We will only respond to those who submit the required attachments to their submission as listed below. This opportunity requires a booking and touring contract, if selected.

We will provide:
1. Work Visa Application paid or reimbursed
2. Travel included (round trip & throughout the tour)
3. Hotels/Lodging or Apartment included
4. Paid – every 2 weeks or monthly (no per diem)
5. Bi-Lingual Tour/Road Manager

If selected, you will be required to prepare the following for tour:

1. Minimum of 4 (9-12 minute) act. You will play the required music of the pop performing group, and possibly one 9-12 minute DJ set of your own.

2. Act as the DJ and MC to hype up the crowd and get them excited.

3. Provide your own equipment, costumes, etc. if needed.

4. Provide your own Passport. You must pay for your own passports and any vaccines that you may wish to obtain or may be required at your own expense.

5. You are an independent contractor.

6. All members must have no restriction to traveling internationally to China.

7. Required to be 18 years old or older. We will not even consider anyone under the age of 18.

8. Be able to travel on tour for 60-90 day time-frame without disruption.

8. May be required to provide promo pictures of the entire group and promo video of the entire group – both in full costumes and makeup prior to final selection or final approval, so that we can see a sample of the type of show being bought.
