Pennsylvania natives looking for some high quality family fun centered around all things science fiction, fantasy, and horror? You're in luck, the Sci-Fi Valley Con is headed your way on June 10-12, 2016, located at the Blair County Convention Center, One Convention Center Drive, Altoona, PA.

Some exciting media guest attending are John Rhys-Davies (The Lord of the Rings), Alaina Huffman (Supernatural), Zach Galligan (Gremlins), Alex Vincent (Child's Play), Fred Williamson (From Dusk Till Dawn), John Morton (Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back), and Marilyn Ghigliotti, Scott Schiaffo, and Brian O'Halloran (Clerks). As well as film directors Michael C. Dougherty (Z*Con) and David Lee Madison (Mr. Hush).

There will also be appearances by Supernatural's '67 Chevy Impala, Ghostbusters' Ecto-1, Doctor Who's TARDIS, and the Staff Jeep from Jurassic Park.

Special guest artists attending include Tod Smith (Topps Trading Cards), Koa Beam (The Guardian's Playlist), Jeremiah Witkowski (You, Me and Steve), Tara Tyler (Pop Travel), Abi Kroll (BitterSweet Secrets), Thom Pratt (Shadowbinders), Jason Kucharik (VOK), Robert Hack (Chilling Adventures of Sabrina), Dan Nokes (Teddy Bear Tales), Bill McKay (Zombie Tramp), Wayne Carey (The Nanon Factor), Jay E. Fife (Heske Horror's Cold Blooded Chillers), and D.J. Coffman (Hero By Night).

Sci-Fi Valley Con is not only home to a retro gaming arcade, film festival, trivia tournament, charity auction, celebrity photo-ops and autographs, but an intense after party. This free party will be held on Saturday night (June 11) from 9 PM to 2 AM at Holiday Bowl in Altoona. Another awesome event unique to Sci-Fi Valley Con is Con-Quest presented by Gearbox Union. This fun charity adventure takes you across the entire convention and benefits children’s hospitals all over the planet.

The con is running Friday 2 PM to 9 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 8 PM, and Sunday 10 AM to 5 PM. One-day passes are $13 for adults and $7 for children, and two-day passes are $18 for adults and $10 for children. VIP packages are also available including a three-day pass, $23 for adults and $13 for children.
