Calling all fans of He-Man and She-Ra located in the LA area. Power-Con: The He-Man and She-Ra Toy & Comic Book Experience is coming your way on June 4-5, 2016. Located at the Torrance Marriott Redondo Beach Hotel, 3635 Fashion Way, Torrance, CA.

Power-Con has an exciting list of media guests including Melendy Britt (She-Ra Princess of Power), Alan Oppenheimer and Brian Dobson (He-Man and the Masters of the Universe), Erika Scheimer (The Secret of the Sword), and Gabe Khouth (He-Man and the Masters of the Universe, Masters of the Universe vs. SnakeMen).

Artist and writer guests include Rudy Obrero, Pop Mhan, Gunnar Sadlowski, Dave Wilkins, and Nate Baertsch (Masters of the Universe Classics), James Eatock (The Art of He-Man and the Masters of the Universe: A Complete Guide), Axel Gimenez (Masters of the Universe Classics, He-Man and the Masters of the Universe), Errol McCarthy (New Adventures of He-Man), Mark Roberts (He-Man: The Eternity War), Dean Stefan (He-Man and the Masters of the Universe), Michael Swanigan (She-Ra Princess of Power), Tony Washington (Masters of the Universe: Rise of the SnakeMen) as well as Dark Horse Comics and Four Horsemen Studios.

While they teased fans with the cover to the Power-Con 2016 Program Guide, the official list of programs has yet to be announced. Fans should keep checking the website for updates on the exciting program.

One event they have announced is the Masters of the Universe/Princess of Power Cosplay Contest! The Grand Prize winner can walk away with a prize package featuring a check for $500, while First Runner-Up will also receive a prize package featuring a check for $250.

The con is running Saturday 10 AM to 6 PM, and Sunday 10 AM to 5 PM. A full weekend pass is $40, Saturday only is $25, and Sunday only is also $25. Children under 12 are admitted free without a ticket.
