Well, friends, today is my birthday!
I’m 32 years old.
I’ve always considered those of you in my listening audience to be members of my extended family, so it’s only natural that I share with you my special occasions.
Whenever a holiday, anniversary, or birthday comes up, it gives us time to pause and reflect on what we’ve accomplished in life as we remember those who are important to us.
I want you to know that on my birthday, and everyday, I am thankful to have the love and support of so many wonderful people. It’s the greatest gift that anyone could have.
Birthdays also remind us just how quickly the hands of time can spin. It seems like it was just yesterday that I hosted my very first broadcast of The Political Cesspool Radio Program. But, it wasn’t yesterday. Nearly eight years have passed since that fateful night.
Time flies when you’re having fun, and hosting this show continues to be a thrill. It isn’t always easy, and fundraising certainly takes a toll, but I have no regrets and hope to be able to continue down this path.
But, just for fun, I want to share with you two pictures.
The first is a picture of me right around the time I started the show.
The second is a much more recent picture.
Let me just tell you that losing all my hair wasn’t a choice.
That is what eight years in this business will do to a man!
