Well, this one was certainly made for the digital world rather than for showing on commercial TV due to its two and a half minute duration. That got me wondering about its purpose. It certainly looks like it is a government initiative to encourage people to eat together (maybe a very deserving and rewarding practice that a government should encourage) and even the sign off logo suggests it from some bureaucracy. But, no, it’s a commercial from Loblaw, a company saying that its Canada’s food and pharmacy leader, with a network of corporate and independently-operated stores in communities across the country, and employing close to 200,000 Canadians. One of its brands is President’s Choice. So, now you know the story, would it encourage you to send it onto your friends to make it go viral? Not me for one coz I really don’t see its point but you be the judge!
