I have worked for Sinclair Services as a Mystery Shopper for over 4 years now and they have been a great company to work for! I love the jobs they have to perform on their website. If I would have a problem with their website (technical) I would be helped right away and the problem would be resolved quickly. They really are a great company to work for and all the schedulers that I interact with are very nice people and helpful and professional. I am happy to write about Sinclair Services and my experiences with them throughout the years.

I have performed several types of shops for Sinclair. It all began for me with the shopping of the many drug store chains that were available. I was able to perform anywhere from one to four shops per day and at $10.00 a shop plus reimbursement for a small purchase this added up to substantial money since there are well over 5 drug stores in my areas that I perform mystery shopping. Your areas are up to you – Sinclair Services seem to have shops everywhere in many states and cities with enough jobs to go around.

Another type of shop I have performed for Sinclair Services has been boating chain store. I would have to evaluate the customer service and how well the employee(s) would perform their job. I would come home and type up the report into Sinclair’s form on their website and hand in any receipts (by mail, by scanning, etc.) so that I could prove that I was there as well as to get paid for the shop I performed

Sometimes I would have to get on their rotation list in order to perform these shops, and most mystery shopping companies will do this, but since I live in a rural area, they allowed me to perform these types of jobs on a regular basis.

My Experience

My experience with Sinclair Services has been fantastic. I came across a small snafu once with their website but this was only because I have an older computer system and they had changed their format to something different and when I worked with their technical department and support they straightened it all out

and everything was fine.

Hints and Advice On Working with Sinclair

My advice for working with Sinclair Services would be to present yourself in a professional manner at all times and they will treat you the same. As I stated above, all of the schedulers are very nice to people to work for and they respond back quickly with any questions you may have in regards to just about anything, whether it be related to a shop or any technical problems with their website.
