This movie is fantastic actual facts not like the Michael Moore BS you get from him. The director was actually locked up for nonsense and story is spot on about the party. If you are looking for actual facts in a theatrical way a great watch if you want a BS movie I would not recommend.

Not a documentary at all. This is a long political AD that takes clips and pieces of real news clips, and then crafts a stongly opinionated story about the clips. This is a heavy handed political AD and you will know less about reality after watching this.

When I was a kid I thought Dinesh D'souza was a total windbag, as an adult I realize he's the real deal, an actual patriot, you could choose almost any of his projects and learn more about how things really work in D.C. than any mainstream media outlet. Don't let the critics fool you, many know exactly what they are doing, selling pieces of their souls to stay relevant to their peers and protect their careers, thus gaining the world while losing their souls.

No matter your political leanings, this simply isn't a very well made film. Historical scenes are poorly reenacted and other dramatic scenes are laughably staged with D'Souza himself in a starring role.
