Hi, You may know me from Linkedin, Facebook, my work at Framework Consulting or the HR network we set up called CaribHRForum... the topic of this survey.
You may also know that we have been intent on creating a community of HR practitioners since 2003, and had an interactive mailing list, CaribHR.Radio, a presence on Linkedin and Facebook, plus other digital activities to bring us together. Some worked, some didn't and for about two years we have been searching for a new approach.
In this survey, we are asking you to help us define some of your interests as an HR Professional, with a view to custom-building a new online community. It will use new cloud technology and should meet our needs as passionate professionals separated from each other by the Caribbean Sea and high air-fares. We have proven that it works via Beta testing some of you are helping us with, but this survey is an attempt to start on the right foot by understanding your interests as an HR Professional.
