Mary Elaine Kiener, RN, PhD is the Founder and Creative Energy Officer (CEO) of ASK ME House, LLC, offering holistic solutions to improve well-being.

The journey to ASK ME House began in the mid-1990s, when Mary Elaine found her body-mind-spirit lost in a quagmire of personal and professional burnout.  As part of her own healing, she began to learn how stress, engagement, health and performance link together to influence well-being, energy management and productivity.

She created a transformational holistic nursing practice to assist clients in creating and nurturing their own healing journeys.
